Yes, parking is free—but it is limited. Please arrive early to allow time to find a spot. Don’t forget to register your licence plate using the screens in the front lobby before heading upstairs. Unregistered vehicles may be ticketed. Please avoid parking across the street in the Crowfoot Crossing mall lot, as that area is strictly for mall patrons and may result in a fine if used for clinic visits.
No, we do not keep a waitlist, as cancellations are very rare. We recommend booking early and keeping your appointment once scheduled.
Unfortunately, no. Each person must have their own referral and scheduled appointment. Please don’t bring a spouse, child, or friend expecting to be seen without one.
Please budget about one hour for your visit. This includes time for consultation, assessment, and any procedures or instructions provided.

We do our best to complete treatments during your scheduled time. If a procedure requires more time, a follow-up will be booked before you leave.
No. While cosmetic services are privately billed, medical dermatology is covered by Alberta Health and cannot be expedited through private payment. All patients are seen based on medical need and referral order.
